Room on the Broom by Julia Donaldson

There was a witch and a cat riding on a broom together. Each time she dropped something an animal would pick it up for her. They would gently set it down and ask if there was room on the broom. She gave the dog, bird and frog a ride. The frog was happy and jumped up and down. The broom got too heavy and broke in half. The witch came across a hungry dragon. The animals saved the witch by pretending they were a beast. The witch cast a spell and created a new broom. It had seats so all the animals can fit.
