This book is about Barack Obama. He was born on August 4, 1961, in Hawaii. He knew at a yong age that he wanted to help people. Obama had challenges growing up but he fought through those challenges and learns important lessons from his mother. When he grew up he worked hard and became a lawyer. He met his future wife Michelle at the law firm where he worked. Michelle encouraged him to follow his dreams and get into politics. Obama followed his dreams and eventually became the 44th president of the United States.
