The Major in Dogman was Evil, she wanted to destroy the world! So she fired the police Chief and replaced him with a robot to destroy the world. Her next action was to help Petey escape jail, with invisible spray. She quickly realized it was mistake and order the Robot Chief to capture Petey and put him back in Jail.
