Dogman: Brawl of the Wild by Dav Pilkey

Dog Man, Chief, Petey, Lil' Petey, Yolay, Sarah, the fleas, and 80hd are the main characters. Dog Man was thrown in jail because the Chief thought he stole money from the bank. Dog Man's friends 80hd and Lil' Petey wanted to help Dog Man get out of jail, but he fleas tried to stop them. The fleas were the ones that robbed the bank. The Chief and 80hd beat the fleas to Dog Man and let him out of jail. Then Dog Man caught the fleas and put them in jail.
